Your blog is delightful and I look forward to more instalments. I have a 2yr's +8mths boy and can relate a lot to your stories..... Would you consider parting with your quiche recipe, looks so delicious! Yr photos are gorgeous too!

Thanks so much Jodi! I would happily share the recipe:
3 Leeks- white and pale part sliced finely
1/4 lb fresh goat cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
3/4 half and half ( or whatever milk cream ratio you have on hand)
3 eggs
salt, pepper ad nutmeg to taste.
Cook the leeks in some butter until soft then let cool. Mix the rest until blended. Place leeks in bottom of pie crust. Pour goat cheese mixture over leeks. Bake 30-40 min(or until center is set and top is nice and brown) at 325 degrees.
I must admit I usually use Julia Childs pie crust recipe- but this one was store bought :) and I often adjust all the amounts based on what I have in house. Also find that it sometimes just takes longer to bake. Good Luck and enjoy!

My guy, almost 4, eats goat cheese with a spoon too. Sadly, I can't get him to eat eggs.
